Always be My Maybe (movie review)
This
is a legendary rom-com. It appeals to Asian viewers as the two lovers are
Asian-American. This movie really describes the integration of the people who
migrated from Asia to the American soil. The mixture between the ingenuity of Asian
lifestyle, and the happy-go-lucky mentality of being an American, successfully
was portrayed in this movie.
Fame
and infame, we can now look differently at them. Fame might be of use, but
infame needs to always be there too. What do I mean? I’m not really sure.
But,
what I would elaborate from that sentence is that, sometimes after we make
ourselves famous for the good legacies that we’ve made, we need to have a nice
little “shelter of infame” where we can be normal people.
