Now, I want to talk
about Thomas Shelby’s leadership for his business. Let’s look at his silence.
His silence is often stronger than his words, which are not weak wither. He
doesn’t directly answer every question. He knows better to always stay calm.
Just by seeing his face, you would understand how he comforts himself.
I am quite intrigued
by Tommy’s vision. From a lowly criminal life in Birmingham, Tommy lifted the
business to merry life in London, going back and from Birmingham which has
quite developed, aided by the business of Tommy’s.
Tommy’s personal
quality is better than all his family members combined. Peaky Blinders is
Thomas Shelby, and Thomas Shelby is Peaky Blinders himself. His gaze. His gaze
is ever so powerful. When negotiating, he would never talk with any potential
business associate unless he already prepares his most firm and sustainable
solution. This is best explained in how he arranges his meeting with Alfie
Solomons. In order to get the percentage agreement that he wanted, Thomas has
already triggered a grenade to force his way through. This is a genius,
resourceful move.
You, I believe, have
asked at least once, how can Thomas Shelby so far ahead in intelligence than
his brothers? Did Tommy find his own way to books? Did he have someone teach
him how to behave like an absolute boss? Did he learn about business tactics
off of someone, a special someone? There must be plausible reason.
